General terms and conditions of internet store business
Each buyer is obliged to read the conditions of purchase and the complaint procedure before purchasing. If you place an order on the website or settle our invoice, please ensure that you agree to all terms and conditions. If you have not read the terms and conditions, you are responsible.
We are a UK-based company and are only bound by UK law. Items are sold exclusively online. The provider does not have a physical store, but only online sales. Every buyer knowingly cooperates with a foreign company already when paying the bill. Despite the fact that the site is also in Slovenian, the bidder is not obliged to comply with Slovenian laws. The site is multilingual and not only intended for Slovenia. On the invoice received, the customer states that by paying, the customer accepts all the terms and conditions of the provider’s business.
The warranty can only be claimed when the computer does not work, does not turn on, there is no contact. The warranty only applies to the operation of the computer’s electronics. The provider is not responsible for the software, various excuses, I bought the computer because of that program and the like. The provider is not responsible for the programs, and the customer must inquire about this himself before purchasing. You told me that or you said it… Who said what doesn’t count. Only the customer’s written guarantee, officially certified, where the customer is promised a certain functionality, is counted. A broken program is not a broken computer. If you have an outdated computer that Apple blocks in the new operating system, you need to buy a newer one. If the computer works slower due to its age, it is necessary to buy a stronger one. Only APPLE is responsible for such complaints, why did it block the use of new programs.
When selling used computers and providing services, reference to Article 43 of the Civil Code, which refers to the right to reconsideration within 14 days, is ignored. The customer has no right to cause business damage to the provider in accordance with the law. The right to compensation does not apply to services rendered, nor to costs incurred.
In case the user wants to opt out, the provider can offer him an opt out. The customer is obliged to fully cover all costs incurred during operation, reservation, withdrawal of the computer from the ad at his request, and the reservation is calculated as compensation to the provider. Costs are calculated according to regular price lists. The provider is not obliged to configure the computer according to the customer’s wishes free of charge. She must pay the costs incurred as a result of her order and can then request a refund of the remaining amount.
All prices on the website are exclusive of VAT, which we do not charge. For individuals, this is a 22% cheaper price than all domestic service providers. Also a more favorable price for entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurs can claim the original invoice as an expense.
After placing an order in the online store, the computer will be sent from the nearest warehouse to your location as soon as possible. We use DPD and DHL delivery services. By agreement, our agent can also deliver the computer to you, or we can hand it over to one of the services we cooperate with, and you can pick it up from them.
We constantly try to make sure there are no complaints. Despite having sold a thousand and more computers, we have not yet had a case of failure. However, in the event of a complaint, it must be submitted in writing, and never by phone, SMS or similar. Guidelines must be followed when advertising an item. Any complaints that do not comply with the guidelines will be ignored and dismissed.
a.) Send an e-mail to info@appleservis.si (complaints by phone are not valid) with a detailed description of the reason for the complaint, a description of the defect or similar.
b.) Attach the invoice or proforma invoice of the purchased device with the date of purchase

9. If the customer did not use the device in accordance with the instructions, the warranty for the device ceases to be valid. The warranty does not apply to damage, technical damage, programs, software, subsequently discovered cosmetic defects, lightning strike, short circuit, spillage, installation of pirated software, intervention of any other service on the device. In these cases, the warranty is immediately voided. The warranty also does not cover Slovenian laws by design.
The warranty of the item is not related to the number of times you have switched on the device and it is not a complaint justifying the warranty. The computer has no counter and is meant to be used. That is why you have a warranty period during which you must carefully examine the usability of the computer. The warranty is tied to the period of time from the date of purchase, regardless of whether you have turned on the computer only once, twice or three times.
When picking up, the buyer must carefully inspect all possible damages, such as broken screen glass, scratches on the screen, damage to the case, etc. Damages are not included in the warranty, so you must carefully inspect everything when picking up. In case of damage, the seen/bought rule applies and the seller is not obliged to take into account the consumer’s right to return damaged goods.
We only sell original Apple devices, which in practice means that they have the specifications that Apple sold to customers at a significantly higher price. So the computer works as fast as the Apple factory has made it possible for customers.
Before buying, make sure that the Apple computer meets your needs in terms of the operation of various programs, operating systems, drivers, etc. The seller is not responsible for the performance of the computer, and any complaint in this area will be rejected.
If you need a stronger computer, we can refer you to an authorized service center where they will upgrade your computer to the desired specifications for a surcharge.
Every device purchased from us must be brought to the service center within 6 months for regular cleaning and replacement of the thermal paste. During the period while the device is still under warranty. Only in this way can the supplier ensure 100% faultless and long-term operation of the device. The customer is responsible for the operation of the device, as he is responsible for regular maintenance of the device. If the customer does not maintain the device and does not perform regular service within the warranty period, the warranty immediately ceases to be valid.
Refurbished computers are used computers that have been refurbished, so they may have scratches or other cosmetic defects. That’s why each customer personally inspects and downloads the computer before taking it over. Computers are purchased on a first-come, first-served basis. The warranty does not apply to cosmetic defects that start to bother the customer after purchase. It refers only to the operation of the computer or to the operation of the entire hardware.
- The warranty does not include a software error due to non-working customer programs or the like. The seller is not responsible for the software, nor is he obliged to consider the customer’s complaint because he has problems using the system itself. Warranty applies to hardware repairs. If the customer needs help installing or using some programs or games, he can order a programming service.
For example, the computer series from late 2015 does not describe the actual age of the computer. After all, Apple doesn’t produce different series every year. Each series is sold for several years. So even today, the 2019 Intel iMac series is still being sold as a new device. Also, late 2015 can be bought in 2018 when the series is discontinued.
The warranty is not related to excuses about how many times you turned on the computer (for example, I only turned it on 3x), the warranty is related to the time period and when it expires, regardless of how many times you turned on the computer, the seller is obliged to repair the computer only within the warranty period .
The seller does not return the money after the purchase, because it is a used computer equipment bought first hand. You can use the warranty to repair the purchased computer according to the repair conditions valid at the seller. If the buyer changes his mind after the purchase, the seller is not obliged to return the money and take over the computer.
When buying a computer, the seller is not obliged to transfer data from the old computer. This service is charged separately. It is also not necessary to install an operating system. It is a service that is charged separately.
The customer is obliged to take care of the correct use of the product, regular cleaning, change of thermal pastes and care of the computer as prescribed in the instructions for use and general conditions. During the warranty period, the customer is obliged to take the computer to regular service at least once.
All computers have a GUARANTEE sticker, if this sticker is removed by the customer or another service, the warranty is immediately void. The stickers are attached both inside and outside.
In the event of a complaint, the customer is obliged to make the complaint in accordance with the general conditions and legal regulations, and never with threats or extortion… The customer must follow the complaint procedure below. If it does not comply, the seller is not obliged to provide repair within the warranty period.
The computers from our offer are officially intended for the MACOS operating system. The provider is not responsible for problems with the use of other operating systems or programs that are not original Apple software. Installing a Windows operating system, which is not installed by the supplier, but by the customer, voids the warranty. People often misunderstand the difference between series and year of manufacture. If it says “Late 2015” in “About this Imac”, it usually does not mean that the computer was purchased in 2015. This series was on sale almost until January 2018, when the “Late 2017” model was released.
Apple probably doesn’t dump entire inventory from every warehouse in the world every year? That’s how the series has been sold for several years. Even in 2023, the late 2020s are being sold as new packaged devices.
When buying, it is not the series that matters, but the specifications. Every year you have different models from 15,000 euros all the way up to 10,000 euros.
If you take a PC from 2013 with the best specs, it will still be much more powerful than a classic i5 from 2019 or 2020.
Don’t worry about Apple locking down operating systems as all devices from 2007 onwards can be easily unlocked and then support the latest operating systems.
Has windows, photoshop or similar stopped working for you? When selling a computer, the provider does not sell you “All inclusive services of lifetime support and free instructions”. The warranty only applies to the operation of the device when it is no longer switched on. For all other types of assistance, you must order written online assistance or service. The work is charged according to the regular price list.

The service can be done at your place, at home, or the device can be picked up and delivered after the fault has been rectified. We no longer have an office dedicated only to the UK market.
